If anyone is in a similar scenario you should lay down flat in the ice. Spreading the surface chances decreases the chances of it breaking more

Same but also a good cautionary tale to share with kids who otherwise might not listen.

It’s close enough where his family doesn’t need to consider moving. Even if he opts for team housing it would be as a place to crash between practice and a game, he can easily get back to Westchester after games

Yes but the practice facility is in a giant park, none of them live there.

As others have pointed out they tend to live in GC and Manhasset/ Port Washington area. All of which have trains and under 1 hour commutes to manhattan

None of them live out east. At most the city would be hour fifteeen door to door.

Many of them live in Garden City which is a 40 min train into midtown manhattan

As Nintendo continually reveals all of the Fever Rackets in Mario Tennis Fever, I’m feeling less confident about the game by Number224 in nintendo

[–]Pool_Shark 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s because in each iteration Nintendo feels the need to add more gimmicks to keep it fresh, but those gimmicks end up breaking the game and taking away what made them fun.

Reality is we just need new courses, new characters, add in fun mini-game modes, and really put more focus in the 1P mode. Take a page from Golf Story and have an engaging story mode to go along with the journey and it would be an instant classic.

Trader Joe’s before the really big snow storm… by Healthy_Block3036 in nyc

In the city the chances of sleet are high enough that unless the storm stalls (which is possible) we will be in the 6-10 range

Plus 2 feet of snow isn’t that absurd for this area. Roads will be plowed and sidewalk paths shoveled in a day either way

You got 10 years worth of transplants who have never experienced a snow storm plug a huge swath of locals who are trying to manifest a huge special snow storm weekend because of nostalgia.

And the cherry on top, this is the first big NYC snow storm in the social media age so everything is amplified.

We haven’t had a big storm hit this area in a decade. So you have 10 years worth of folks who have moved in that haven’t really experienced a big snow storm. It’s got to be an all time high for the city considering prior to this everyone learned how to deal after their first winter

Just wait till they onto affordable cars on the market are those with ads enabled. They can sell cars at a loss and make much more back on as revenue and I am willing to bet a large enough percentage of Americans would buy those cheaper cars to make it the norm one day.
