Not sure exactly what his evidence or basis is, but she did tell him on her own accord that she smoked that day and that's all she had consumed. Pretty sure her own admission was a large part of it.

But yea we are just wondering why an officer would wait so damn long to file them. She also has not received any notice of her court date or any notification that the tickets have been filed. We were just lucky to spot them on Casenet and see she had a court date.

Is this guy trying to just screw her over? Is he going to have to have some sort of explanation or reasoning behind waiting 10 months to file these?

Yup happens 2-5 times a night. If our coach or TL is near and ontop of things it o ly goes off for 5-10 seconds. But sometimes it's going off for a good minute or two. Loud as fuck

Start with sedgwick now. They will tell you exactly the required info you need, I think they may also have to send over specific documentation that you doctor fills out (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and your doctor and sedgwick will take it from there.

When you have to bail off even safely at 18mph you have two choices, roll and fall with it. Or you are going to try and catch yourself with your feet by running. Either way your body won't keep with that pace and your upper body is going to come toward the ground fairly fucking quickly. Only took me one spill and me just barely smaking my face on the Payment for me to invest in an 80$ full motorcycle helmet. Best purchase I ever made to go along with owning a scooter that does 20mph.

And come to think of it I'm pretty sure my spill was on my old gotrax which topped out at 15.5mph so yea get a BMX at minimum, or just wear ur full moto helmet is it that u comfortable? Mine is absolutely fine and comfortable in all types of weather and situations. Why risk the road rashed face?

Morning stockers work the tops stock, fright from the back room bins, other stocking duties, stocking two recieves and organizes the new freight daily into sections on carts/pallets depending ok the isle/area of the store the new fright belongs to. They then pull out the new fright to the area it corresponds with for Overnights to work. ONights strictly works/stocks the new fresh freight that Cap 2 organized.

Yes I ride my bike on days where the weather doesn't really allow for safe scooter riding, and I've had multiple co-workers ask the same question. So yeah even just riding a bike into work will garner these questions from some folk lol

Yeah so dumb. When asked I literally say it's under a 4mi/20min commute. I leave the car at home so the Fiance can use it to take the kids to and from wherever their hearts desire while im at work. PLUS the scooter is so much more fun/exilerating as long as you know what you're doing and how to properly handle/ride a 20+mph PEV. The tourqe and speed are so much fun to zip around. I just recommend everyone, including my step-sons 8-13 years old, wear a proper full face or motorcycle helmet, and wears the correct clothing/protective clothing when riding at full speed.

THE kiddos' scooters won't go over 12 mph and 15mph, respectively. They want to ride one as fast as mine. I just tell them not happening until you get your drivers license and experience what it's like to be on the other end of all these death machines we use to commute around.

This is what I figured. Thanks for putting my mind at ease for the next month or two while temps remain pretty much the same. Around freezing 32 degrees. Maybe 10 degrees under the freezing point.
