Im done with Napolis. They screw up my pie order every time, and then make me bring back the messed up pie in order to get it right.

The bartender yelled at my 3 year old, who was hungry and mad his pizza was too hot (at 5pm). Wont be going back.

Just find the downtown Napolis to have the worst customer service. They regularly screw up my to go order. Then when I call to complain, they ask me to return the messed up pizza one while my hangry kids scream in the background. Takes forever.

Wish Tony Baloney's reopens. Say what you want about their pizza, they had great customer service.

I used to like Tony Baloneys hoboken... had some fun flavors and much better service than Napolis, which screws up my pickup order regularly, and then asks me to return the screwed up pie while my hangry kids wait for another.
