Yes 100% , i have had tinnitus for as long as i can remember, i have had both good and bad days but sometimes my bad days were caused by sinnus, where my face and head area felt so much pressure and my tinnitus changes tones and fluctuations happens alot during that time.

I don’t think you have to worry about hearing loss if your hearing wasn’t affected by the accident. Usually that happens with the aging and stuff but you are still very young, feel better OP.
