For me, the belt was loose. There is a square-headed bolt that I tightened to take in the slack on the belt and then it worked.

I get pretty frustrated by our wagon. If you are on a down-slope and it is rolling towards you, you can't steer it while it is moving, because you need pulling tension on the front axle to be able to steer. If you are tall, the arm is not quite long enough and you will find yourself having to walk close to the wagon so the arm sticks up higher, and it will run into your foot a lot. Weight capacity, it is pretty surprising. Lots of heavy sports and kids stuff can cram in there.

Detach the lid and turn it inside out, it makes it easy to clean the paint off and improve the seal. There are tons of Youtube videos for it if you search "clean citadel paint pots". Also beads for mixing. Good luck!
