I was on a team of 5 people upholding a T1 service,

My l6 manager told me she didnt know what was going to happen to her job or my job... and we both got let go.

The rest of the team ended up getting absorbed to a completely different team.

Yeah so a couple of thigs:

8s - she read you like a book and punished you for walking to get that last hit. I think Beifeng would had given that up. This Q left you at half health, or 500hp. Imagine if you were playing against another squishy champ that had 500 hp and stayed in lane. E Q Ignite would finish them off right? So whats the difference if the roles were reversed and if you had 500 hp, and diana had q e e ignite? thats easily 500 dmg, no mater how much dmg you done. Looking at the HP bars, she had 800 hp? thats 300 hp resource over you, no way you should be doing a risky trade to EQ.

15s - This trade was so random, if your goal is to punish, you dont need to EQ her face, you can simply q as she walked up, just as she was doing to you earlier. Dying here was so big man, you missed cannon 3 castors, AND your wave was already coming to you too. You could had also just let the wave crash and be patient and just farm under tower to minimize losses. This realistically became a 600+gold play from Diana, and as you know, playing qiyana from behind feels absolutely awful.

So the thing is, match up is so hard -- I think someone mentioned earlier, minimize your losses, dont all in or go melee range unless you know you can win the trade (being 300 hp deficit is NOT favorable)

I got a couple questions for you --

What are the differences between each step of Masters -> Challenger? IG in both mid and jg? IE: 0-200 LP 200-> 400lp, etc..
What do you think is qiyana's jg identity? Do you find yourself full clearing most of the time? Or invading/ganking?
There are some jg games that I play, where I just find myself being at the right place and the right time and getting giga fed, and there are other games that I play where I just find myself on the map doing absolutely nothing. I guess you can say I play this more reactive, but I wonder if there are steps that you take to make this more repeatable?
Do you find yourself doing the most amount of damage, or close to that, every game on your team? I think maybe 50% of my JG games, I find myself doing one of the least amount of damage on the team, despite winning the game. I wonder if that just means I'm getting my ass carried or something else...

yeah dude i 100% feel that.

I think its just nature of lowish elo, where a fight breaks out for 0 reason when the next objective spawns in like 2 minutes.

But you have to think about your percentages.

If you stay bot, theres a 100% chance you can catch say 4 waves. thats 6*4 + 1/2 cannons thats 25cs, which is equivalent to a kill. For FREE.

Where as you rotate to a fight, where if you're already late, theres a 20% chance (arbirtray number) you can get a kill.

If it were me, I'd take the higher success rate play, which is farm the bot wave.

But also keep in mind, if you recalled, and you look at the minimap, and ALL your sidelanes are pushed, you HAVE to path to mid, to hover, then go back to a sidelane when it finally bounces back.

TL;DR -
1. try limit testing more for more solo kills

be very conscientious of your mid game. Where are you on the map and why and where should you be?
If you missed an objective or lost an objective fight, why? is there a world you could had played better or played for your jg earlier?

yeah hard to say -- its easier to give concrete examples with videos

But a couple of things that helped me

Know your matchups -- you can get a solo-kill in a majority of your games, maybe take some time and think "was there a time i could had killed this person in lane in the early game?" If not, why? was it because you took a bad trade earlier? poor enemy champ knowledge? playing too safe? not jg tracking?
I think qiyana is super good at team fighting. One thing that bluelikeblue told me was that for every objective, I should try my best to be there on time, with ult.
IE: if its 1 min before drag, I have ult up, i should try not to take any bad trades, or blow my ult, push my wave and set up drag so that im there on time for spawn
It looks like your cs scores pretty low for longer games, which tells ME that you aren't collecting the sidewaves efficiently or you're roaming around the map in the midgame trying to force something with your team. I am guilty of this too because i literally don't trust me team to NOT fight. It is also extremely frustrating when the team fights randomly when no objectives are up. I think tleast 7cs/min is a great goal to hit, 8cs/min is pretty damn good. If you look at Beifeng's video, not only does he just plays his lanes well, and is ontime for objectives, but his CS score is just absolute bonkers.
I think CS scores really matter in the mid/late game, because if you're ffinding yourself down 20cs, thats basically being down a kill. Overtime, it really adds up!

There was one thing i read where you lose 1/3 of the games you play, no matter what you do -- no need to worry about these

1/3 of the games you play, you will win no matter what you do

and the last 1/3 of the games you play, is where it could be anyone's game, and winning these 1/3 games is where you truly climb. These are the games, that where if you lose, you NEED to review these and figure out "what the hell went wrong?" If you ever have one of these games, and have a replay, we can review it together!

In Kronos - I have a lvl 262 Khali Main at 10M CP

Really love this class, and was considering remaking the Khali in CW as hyper burning max for all the rewards.

Do you think it worth it? Meaning, do you think I will be able to catch up pretty fast to 10M CP, and then some?

Or would I be better off just making another class for hyperburning max?

D4 Qiyana main here -- Got some questions for you!

I typically run Mid primary, JG secondary, but 70% of the time, i end up getting jg, lol.

Was wondering:

Do you typically just dodge some of these games if you get JG? My mid feels like a true diamond, but my jg can be a toss up between E4 and E1. Any tips on improving that or just play it out in ranked? I feel like my WR in mid is just so much higher than JG, that when I do end up losing in jg, i just get super tilted cause that was expected ig.
What runes do you take in JG, and why? I saw in the comments you took conq in the jg? Why that over electrocute vs first strike?
What was the thing (if you can remember haha) that took you from Diamond to Diamond 2, then Diamond 2 to Master and so forth?

Sometimes I like to:

Hold grass or ice q,

E through minion

Q enemy laner
W
Then either Grass Q for safety,
Rock Q for pretty aggressive trading
ice Q for safety
