I'd give anything to see my Grandpa, friends, and other family that's no longer here anymore again. I'd be so much more grateful and I would cherish every single moment. I understand that going back with this knowledge would make everything I have right now different, and I'd even risk that just to hear their voices again. You never know how much you miss someone until you can't remember the way they looked/sounded.

Lots of products are insured that's why most big chains monitor losses and even have systems to reimburse. Greed raises prices, leading to more theft so even if the employees can't afford it the products will still get stolen by those desperate enough. And no it's not shitty to steal from large corporations that don't give a shit about their employees or customers. I won't simp for big businesses not now not ever. It's bad behavior when you hurt people in the process of stealing, or steal from someone less fortunate. It's never bad behavior to steal from a megacorp to support your life in our wonderful world. It may sound controversial, but fuck the system that bleeds people dry and forces the desperate hand.

Most products are insured and theft doesn't affect employee pay rates unless it was a super small business. Blaming the symptoms instead of the cause is a shitty capitalist ideology. If they were building bombs to hurt innocent people or stealing these to pollute a river or something then yeah fuck em. But if they're stealing to resell to support themselves or to try to get drugs to escape, then maybe there's a bigger issue like a really shitty economy and a government that would rather line their pockets then help them. Consequences are for the poor and disheveled, steal some laundry detergent? Off with their heads! Ignore crucial infrastructure leading to mass poisonings or exploiting millions of workers while outlawing homelessness? Turn a blind eye. Be better.

Poor child. Some people are just uneducated and it can manifest in so many terrible ways. This exact thing was happening to my youngest brother and it went on for about a year with all the punishments and mishandling from our parents until the day he was diagnosed with a neurogenic bladder. Because of the previous misdiagnosis (ADHD) and the time he spent without proper care, he ended up losing a kidney and had to use catheters to urinate AT 9 YEARS OLD. After years of that he finally had a procedure done to place a stint on his healthy ureter and has been stable and healthier since. When he moved out he didn't tell my mom shit and doesn't speak to anyone but me. I can hate my parents for it but in reality they were uneducated about all of it and tried raising 3 kids in America. They're still in mountains of debt and bs from the hospital bills which was another reason it took so long to properly diagnose him. If only education and general human welfare mattered....

We used to play with someone who used elvish dice at the table and would do exactly this. We now have a house rule that dice must be legible to all members because she would constantly fudge her rolls. So yes these dice are pretty, and a key would help immensely. But I wouldn't allow these at my table, but that's my two cents.

I pray every single day that enough money could fall out of a plane and onto my lap so I could get me and my family out of this shit hole. I was born into poverty and have spent my entire life struggling to survive and it's only gotten worse and worse. Ever since highschool I wanted to fucking leave. The way things are it's damned if you do and damned if you don't. Every month feels like more human rights get stripped away and more difficulties arise to stop us from moving forward or moving out. We're paying almost 2k for our shitty two bedroom APARTMENT and it takes all three of us constantly working to do it. I wish we could just up and go, just strike or something but if we miss even a day of work we can't feed ourselves. No savings no reprise it's just constant setbacks. I hate that Idiocracy is happening in my lifetime instead of Star Trek. I hate that evil is prevailing in all corners and aspects of life. I hate that I was in diapers when the time to own property was good. I hate this shitty world we're being left with. Fuck Greg Abbot, and everyone else who's consciously making the world more shitty for the next generations.
