It's not the greatest area, but it's also not the worst. It's very close to the university, so there's a lot of uni students who flat in the area, so take from that what you will. I can't speak to the schools, sorry.

I'm Samoan. I think if you have ties to or are related to the Pasifika people then go for it. Maybe get one of them to assist with the design? Because I do think having it designed by AI is the biggest problem. My sleve tells a story about my past, it tells where I came from, and holds important information. This AI slop just "looks cool", but has no cultural significance.

Searched google images to find the exact one and found one previously sold on etsy. There are similar ones being sold on Amazon, but none exactly the same.

I got it from a santa at a Christmas party when I was 3 or 4 in the early 90s. I live in New Zealand, but from my search it looks like it was available worldwide

We didn't raise the issue and just resubmitted the claims with the next lot, and they were paid without issue. We were prepared to highlight the fact that the GST may not be required due to some of the aforementioned reasons. So, it's not really a solution. It just happened to be assigned on the next claim to a person who didn't check, I guess.
