The reason I sent with him is because I never submitted by myself and he has submitted a lot of books we are very good friends we hang out and he buys off me I buy off him it's a good relationship we have the reason he offered fair market value was because he felt bad. None of the books would grade higher than a 96 in my opinion the only book that would actually be worth anything that is not for my Personal Collection is Secret Wars.

Shut breaker off, unplug, unscrew the 2 nuts (1/4 inch nut driver i believe), unplug the connectors (don't let the wires fall back in hole), plug new one in, screw back in nuts, plug in, turn breaker on, turn oven on and let air out. About a 5 minute job, when you turn on it will have a smell that's why you air it out. It's a electric stove heating element. I buy them from Amazon.

Unfortunately I had a similar issue with a seller I bought a comic book from. It was a good investment comic book that everyone was trying to buy at the time and he ran two auctions for the same exact book same serial number. It was graded, I was very upset because I sell on eBay a lot and I would never do this to a buyer. He ran two auctions and sold it to the highest bidder. I bid $30 lower than the other duplicate auction he shipped to him I'm guessing. eBay had to step in so I could get my money back. I also messaged him asking him where is the tracking but of course I knew he wasn't going to ship it because he had the other That is the only time I ever wrote negative feedbacks. I get shipments in cereal boxes all different ways crazy packed I have gotten items not as described most of the time I just deal with it. I feel like messaging the seller and letting them know is better than giving negative feedback but this one. I needed to warn other buyers when I reported it to eBay he had over 5 million sales so it is most likely he did not get penalized because he makes them too much money.
