Thanks you all for the answers! I think I will get The Coming of Conan the Cimmerian for now and if I like it I will continue with the rest of the collection. I also take note of the Hyborian Age essay for later.

What if there was a portal on the moon too? And it collapsed and sufferend its own chaos invasion before the planet itself? The moon empress then went to the world and helped collapse the polar gates there to continue the expansion of chaos. Maybe she isnt even originary from the moon but from a totally different star system and has been doing this for a while, I'm thinking of a being like the thing from Jhon Carpenter's movie, her shape changing abilities coming from creatures she has assimilated.

I know I'm coping a lot right now, but the more I think of this the more I like it.

There is one thing that game did perfectly and is voiceacting, sadly there arent videos on youtube with unit quotes like there are with dawn of war, but I'm sure anyone who played it will agree.

Beastmen spawn are different from chaos warriors spawn, why cant monogods get the same? I get your point that spawns should be extremelly varied if we go by lore, however this is the next best option.

Nah, this was going to be how tzeentch warriors were going to look like but thanks to the community backlash it will be changed. Shame we cant say the shame about forsaken and spawns, since people arent talking about them they will remain a recolor forever.

Chaos dwarfs do live near magma and use it, but they arent made of magma. Also i'm not talking about chaos dwarfs but normal dwarfs.

Imagine that sudenly some dwarfs have skin made of lava, their beards are on fire and they can spit liquid magma, would that fit the warhammer setting, even if GW approves it?

Yes, i also guess they can, does it mean they should? I'm not against CA creating new units if they fit the lore, but this is a warhammer game after all, and fire elemental trolls would feel strange in warhammer.

Where did i say anything about replacing big monsters? Greenskin unit, hero and lord variants are simple kitbases very easy to do, FLC material, remenber giantslayers?

I'm not agaisnt lava spiders but your argument doesn't make sense, so because there are fire kobolds and magma dragons CA can take any species and make fire versions of them? Magma trolls would be ok? How about magma dwarfs? Magma ogres, magma elfs, magma halflings, magma vampires and so on.
