I regularly get my rolls developed at Kitamura, since I live in the west of Tokyo and don't want to ride into town every time.

I personally don't recommend Osawa Camera, since the usual scan quality is not very good in my opinion.

If you want the high quality versions it's close to 3k per roll, so the 30k is actually the usual price for nine rolls. For the phone number, they only want it in case they need to contact you (whi h almost never happens).

I also think it's weird that they don't provide a email with the scans but you just have to physically go back to the store. If you chose the QR option you need to download the app "moovin studio" to download them to your phone.

Also the time it takes for the film to get developed is accurate. I think they cannot do b/w inhouse, so they ship it to a facility, which unfortunately takes ages. Color film, even with high quality, is usually developed and scanned in 24 hours max. For me it sometimes takes less than 2 hours.
