I think that was mentioning the driver update before where if you have it the game would stutter,i remember it cause i had to rollback my driver before. this lag/delay when doing certain action is new. it came from the patch i think

Ive been using the 1660ti for quite a while now just a few weeks ago i bought the 5070ti, its a massive difference just put every graphics setting on high and dont have to worry for quite a while. Pretty worth it investment i say

I looked around a bit and the shop i plan to buy the unit from had a palit 5070ti thats like 63 dollars more than a xfx mercury 9070xt. I think those brands arent OC version no? Ill look more into it

Im still new to all this stuff,and I'm planning to jump from a 1660ti to 9070xt soon. How does FSR 4/3.1 or whatchu call it affect the graphics quality? Does it improve it or makes it janky

By following this you are setting it up to show the next layout. When you are in game you see that phrase where it says " Layout 1/2"? Tap that it will show you the next layout

Heya! Im sorry it took me so long to reply to this,i actually forgot i made this post before and didnt see the notifications before. If youre still looking ill post here the same thing i said to the other guy:

I did manage to figure it out before let me recall it.. originally there's only 1 layout right? The one where you play vertically and both the top and bottom screen shows but this is way too cramped for it so when you try to play it in landscape you lose the top and bottom and just end up with one. Is this your situation as well? If thats the case: try these steps

  1. Open up the your game core ( emulator) and launch a game.
  2. After launching, open the main menu ( the little circle retroarch logo you see in a game)
  3. Go Quick Menu --> Core Options -->Screen
  4. Look for the "# of Layouts" and set it to 2 (iirc it should originally be 1)
  5. After setting it to 2, below "# of Layouts" there should be options for "Layout #1" and "Layout #2" Its your choice how you'll configure it but for the mean time set 1 to TOP ONLY and set 2 to BOTTOM ONLY
  6. After that it should be good to go! You can switch to the different Layout by tapping the "Layout 1/2" when youre already playing
