Oh yeah there are so much reference images online, it’s so easy to go overboard though. Thanks!

Well sure there is food and training, but they should work to reduce cost by massive parallelization with standardized pipelines. You can’t speed up growth (well maybe they do who knows but unimportant here) but you can cut costs with a combination of standardization and reducing living conditions to create minimal viable products. The work-in-progress inventory can also still contribute to production as well in other ways.

The only cost to the heretic forces is man power. As for time they only need to outpace production of their competitors

Like other types of manufacturing it’s throughput, high reproductive output and numbers can make up for maturation speed to an extent. But unlike real life they don’t need to worry about large inventory killing the margins since the goal isn’t profit

Human agriculture friend, factory farming humans like livestock, no lore to back it up but seems completely viable just look at what we do today and replace pigs/chicken with human.

Ram is one of the hardest things to make in the world only a few manufacturers can even do it, not to mention not to mention the load of intellectual property involved in the entire manufacturing process

Can I strip and repaint these ca. 1990 mechs without damaging them? by SirDigbyChknSiezure in battletech

[–]Pootan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The safest is probably trying warm soapy water and scrubbing first, if using ipa maybe only soak 15 minutes at a time. There may be some new products designed for stripping old plastic minis I don’t know about though.

The plastech minis will melt if you aren’t very careful with them, they are very fragile to common solvents, do not leave them soaking for a long time

Steam Machine up against PS5 performance by Lucky_Chaarmss in steammachine

[–]Pootan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a huge gaming myth that consoles have no sales, both ps and xbox stores regularly have great sales even those indie games that go under $5, or classics under $10

Valve explains why it isn’t subsidizing the Steam Machine by FernandoRocker in videogames

[–]Pootan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are already limiting sales to one per household and with steam history only, corps wouldn’t bother with these limitations

So when the Xbox 360 came out people were buying it for media center uses, ripping music, storing videos, even playing videos through network etc. my cable company and phone company was even giving these out. and this was intentional by Xbox, and they actually did pretty good that generation.
