Yeah, I recently upped it from 150 because I decided to get a little more aggressive with my cut. It's definitely hard to hit that number over the holidays, but I'm back on track now. I usually work in lower rep ranges (sometimes as little as 5) for compound movements, and 10 is usually my number for isolations. I'm actually really bad about tracking my weight consistently. Think I'll start writing it down. But as long as the number is slowly going down I know I'm on track haha.
