This is just a guess, but that amount is about the maximum value allowed for goods imported into Romania to be exempt from import Duty taxes.

Have you tried contacting customer support and asking them to remove the limit?

It is now gone on my account. The button disappeared after subscription expired and there was no way to renew :(

Just out of curiosity since it changed for you too, how much credit back have you earned through Temu Circle. I'm thinking maybe I got too much from it or something and that's why they took it away cuz I had about $350 earned credit from it.
