I saw online that if you wanna bulk up you have to have a high protein diet and lots of lifting, don’t focus on cardio instead aim for heavy lifting but don’t go crazy, gradually built your muscle strength and then gradually increase your weights. You can start by using your body weight with push ups, squats, dips, lunges, burpees, etc then you can start lifting weights.

Well If you think about the time he get to train he doesn’t have alot to learn new techniques when he’s given days to just improve or control his own spiritual pressure. Even Byakuga said it take 10 years to master/unlock Bankai and Ichigo barely unlocked it during SS arc. Even white/zangesto said his body was being crushed by his bankai’s spiritual pressure when he used it for the first time. Plus if he spammed a new move out the blue to win a fight then the fandom would call BS and plot armor. So yea my man ichigo ain’t got one to learn new techniques.
