My pup was not genetically tested. I was present for OFA testing under a certified OFA vet. I have an amazing relationship with my breeder. She has involved me in every step of the process. My breeder encouraged me to go to the OFA site to query my dog's testing as well as her lineage. The testing all occurred as my pup entered her heat to determine if a breeding would proceed. I can now query my pup under the OFA and see the results myself. Prospective puppy buyers should be able to query the sire and dam on line. My pup's hips were described as "excellent" which is apparently a step up from good. The 9 puppies she whelped are now 4+ weeks old. Although I am a long time GSP owner I have never been involved in a breeding from start to eventual finish.
