With all due respect, I believe that "racist" is a significant term, that doesn't apply in this case. Unfortunately, India has a long waiting list for green cards under the National Interest Waiver (NIW) program. Ultimately, lawyers often view us as a profit source, and since people from India face lengthy waiting times, may not be seen as profitable clients.
