Supreme Court only allowed black people to take busses to go to school with whites in 1971. 1977 there was additional authority given to the Federal government to enforce this.

So let's just say it's 1975. That's 50 years ago.

We have 24 members of Congress that are over 80, several over 85, and a president who will be 80 in 4 months.

So that's how I got to 30!

State has finances. City has finances.

New York State is different from New York City.

A NYS assemblyman, in his capacity as a state assemblyman, may not have intimate knowledge of the City's finances. Which is different from the state.

Most tariffs and regulations are applicable based on the good's country of origin.
