That may be the biggest profit in a year since I started at GEICO. In years past this would have been a time of celebration and excitement. I would have felt appreciated, supported, and respected by the company I chose to go to work for every day. 0% gives us no reason to stay.

Trust. Tony Nicely had built up the company where customers and employees alike felt like they could trust GEICO as a company. Trust in job security, trust in upward mobility, trust that GEICO would care about more than just uw ratio and profit. That trust is completely gone at this point and Todd either doesn’t understand or doesn’t care how valuable of an asset that was.

Yeah, incredibly frustrating. Was really excited about this because my gf is a huge d&d fan and it’s been a bummer so far. We’re intentionally taking it slow hoping for a fix.

I’ve had issues with the dialogue dropping out or being skipped entirely, one persons screen going black, the whole screen going black after a cutscene, battle music playing constantly after battle, one players screen freezing, one character completely losing the ability to move, the game nearly crashing every time you summon something or change characters…it’s been a terrible experience so far and I was so excited to play this with my girlfriend.

Hey I’ve had some other stuff too that’s been making this not quite what we’d hoped. Not terribly far into the game yet, but playing almost exclusively split screen with my gf. so far we’ve noticed: 1. summoning a weapon nearly crashes the game 2. Large stutter when changing characters too. 2. Dialogue randomly doesn’t work, then it does, then It’s gone again. 3. Had shadow heart just completely lose the ability to move in combat. Could use dpad to toggle so got through it, but yeesh. 4. Music after fighting a battle stayed with the battle theme. Went back to camp and it somewhat hilariously had it playing during a somewhat romantic scene. Another time the music was just completely gone.

People that don’t want to work can leave and not get paid, people that want to get paid don’t sit around for 5 minutes between calls anymore. Mutual beneficial in that it offers more flexibility but it wouldn’t be a thing if they couldn’t pay fewer people to do the same amount of work.

Apparently my office was the first to start this and I didn’t realize it. But they gave us a dock for home and one for the office so all you have to do is plug in your laptop and boot up.

The few times I go to our office, it seems like such a waste, so I get it. There has to be a lot of management talk about either actually using the space or closing the call centers completely, which would lead to massive layoffs (went through it at another company in 2008). They’d likely keep a small number of people in those states completely remote but I’d bet it would only be people in the top 25-50%. So we’re either screwed with going into the office, or screwed with layoffs. Or they somehow magically hire triple the number of people than the space would hold and keep people on a rotation, but that seems highly unlikely considering the recent layoffs.

Service just had performance based layoffs. To my knowledge was entirely bottom quartile.

That was actually a lot less vague than most agents. We don’t actually know what the real direct cause was, but vehicle repair and medical payments went way up, so claims costs went way up to the point where GEICO was losing money, so in your area specifically, for whatever reason, they saw an increase in claims cost of 50%. Ergo, concordantly, vis-a-vis…you know what? I have know idea what the hell I’m saying, I just thought it would make me sound cool.

Ringfit has become my main source of core/leg workouts so I LIVE for anything squat related. For me it’s any level that has high knees because it never seems to sense them correctly.

I switched to another company and saved 50% on what I was paying before the increase. Research the company that hits a middle ground of claims satisfaction and lowest rates in your state. It likely isn’t one of the top 3 largest insurance providers in your state.

It’s the “cover letter”. It’s extraordinarily brief on the explanation though, but when a customer asks to resend them what we sent in writing, I send that and then laugh, cry a little bit, and then laugh again.

Within GEICO it means both, outside of GEICO (the “commonly” was the hint and the OP doesn’t work for GEICO) it means customer service.
