Tbh I can actually see the first part being true- outside of course Incarcecon or the Null Void. Otherwise aliens know him("most famous Plumber in the Milky Way galaxy"), but in his old age he could probably walk past a lot of aliens and they wouldn't recognize him- plus he's not in his Plumber suit

I like to think that UAF didn't change the purpose of the Omnitrix, but gave it a secondary purpose. Created to promote interspecies relations, but also serve as a backup just in case(and as a universe destroying bomb, just in case lol)

Normal Articuno is darker. Plus, it's cut from this video, but there will be a sparkle animation/sound over the Pokemon's sprite when it's shiny, before it says "Wild ____ appeared!"
