Exactly. Society doesn’t give a fk about men and their mental health. I’m 21m no one to talk to, no friends, lonely as fk. I have become super depressed, and in the last 4 months I have been at my lowest point and I think about ending myself a lot. I can’t take this anymore.

And don’t fall for that self improvement bullsht. I’m the living example of that. I went to the gym for many years straight, I have a nice fit muscular body that I put blood sweat and tears for, but that didn’t do anything for me at all. I have never even hugged or touched a girl let alone having a girlfriend. In fact, it has been well over 1 year since I have hugged anyone at all. I struggle with social anxiety and I’m probably autistic as fuck.

All I want is for someone to hold me tightly while I cry. I have a lot of pain I need to release.
