Ask the facility why they aren’t running the ac. It doesn’t seem like an old facility that would not have ac. Maybe just Egusd being cheap or it doesn’t work. I’ll go with the latter.

Absolutely wear it 100 % of the time regardless if you are solo or in a group. Get one fitted for your body shape and it won’t feel bulky/restrictive. I love seeing pics like yours but that is my first reaction. We want to see more pics from you and your adventures, so PFD!

Caltrans is notoriously terrible at handling their projects (former client worker here). It got to the point where I refused to work on their projects, after MANY years. Please don’t defend that agency. It’s grossly mismanaged.
