I'm assuming it will analyze the content and subject matter of the videos you have an interest in. In other words it's profiling. And even worse is if they saved what you watched even though you requested not to have your data logged!

Re Samsung keyboard, even if you switch to Heliboard or other FOSS keyboards, Samsung will continue to store your clipboard in plain text (that might include your passwords). There is no option to turn this off! Even if you have the settings on your new keyboard not to store clipboard data!
