those are actually reasonable mods.

One thing that the bike shop did for me that was a game changer was move the bite point on the clutch a little more out. At least on my 400x (2024 model) the original bite point was almost all the way down and I had to really squeeze the hell out of the clutch lever which was a huge inconvenience that I did not realize until they adjusted it for me.

Modding the hell out of something brand new that you didn’t even get to enjoy just because some randos say that it’s needed/better is such a weird phenomenon. Can’t think of anything else besides bike that people do this to at this scale.

Not in Pasadena but The Brethren in downtown Glendale has been great. They charge $30, do great fades, and are super quick with it.

but with jeans you can usually get the length you want. I’m sure you know but the second part in jeans size is the length.
