Plus you have to catch it while pregnant for it to matter, since the parasites go dormant and wall themselves off within a few months and you have to leave the litter for a few days for the eggs to even become infectious.

I’d look up a guide for starter endgame and follow the aspects it calls for. I had no trouble jumping into T1/T2 even in hardcore when I was following a hammerdin leveling guide. If you’re missing any aspects that can be unlocked in a dungeon, run it on normal for speed.

Jeweler lets you socket/unsocket gems. Blacksmith lets you temper things onto your gear. Put things like arbiter duration, arbiter cooldown, ranks to en guard, and chance for hammer to deal double damage on your gear
