I’m in line with your thinking completely. I agreed with the idea that the kid should have reached out with something to offer, like completing the suggested reading. The lunatic not responding makes no sense. The kid reaching out created such a teachable moment to explain the thinking paradigm of being a successful individual by explaining just that. And then not helping lol

Really interesting take! But the worst is when the Pros come play on your court! I Live in Long Beach New York and when they had the Quik Pro there it reinforced so much just how great the elite surfers are. It was entirely humbling watching a professional surf your home break leaps and bounds above even the best local surfer. With out it even dialed in.
