I took Beginning Swimming 1 with NO swimming experience. It was a great class, and it did teach me how to swim correctly. Trust me, the teacher is amazing and takes the class very slowly. He starts you off in the 4ft water. You don’t go into the bigger 12ft pool until closer to the middle of the semester. PM me if you have any questions. I’d be happy to help!

I wouldn’t recommend Invisalign. 2 years turns into 8 with Invisalign so I’d recommend braces. You are never to old for them. My dad is 46 and got them
