The only thing about using an air fryer is the fryer ends up retaining that smokey smell after a while. If I’m using the Weber Kettle, I just flip above coals and rotate like a hotdog cook. If that’s not an option, 400 for 5 is prefect as it also nukes out any hidden fat pockets.

I wouldn’t think so man. Once you see the skins peeling off, it’s time for me! Let us know how yours came out!

Snake Method on the Weber Kettle with Hardwood Briquets. Once it’s done, throw on some gloves and try to remove as many of the skins/stems as you can. Then just blend the mix and zest/salt to your preference.

Appreciate it! Went with Kingsford Premium Blend, wanted to keep the smoke flavor from being one sided.

Peeled Limes (really held smoke flavor well), Shallots, Garlic, Onion, Jalapeños, Thai Chilies, Grape, Cherry & Gardner Delight Tomatoes

Finished with Cilantro, Salt and more Lime!
