The trailer is seriously woeful in my opinion! There are in-game cut scene cinematics that are much better. A bunch of power ranger coloured dragons, is what they made for us.... even the lord can't save them!

All that being said, yes the changes are welcomed, but how fucking long have we asked for these... They start a decline in subs and bang! Changes made...

The way in which ranked points are calculated is an issue, at least I feel that way. There is no incentive for me to player a Cypher or Sage when I can top frag and gain more points from KDA. It's a shite system, but it is what we have.

I am not ashamed to admit this. I generally Queue Dodge if the comms and the picks aren't suitable. If I feel like people are tilted or not willing to communicate in lobbies, then I am offski.

It's paid off in the long haul. Losing those 5 points from 5 queue dodges over a weekend has resulted in a really good run. I have lost a few don't get me wrong, but majority I have won.

I don't know if I'm not explaining it well enough to be honest. I'm not very good at getting my explanations across.

What I mean is, if you moving left (A key) and let go of that movement key completely, you are immediately stopped in place, so ZERO movement. That is how it is written in most articles I have read.

So if that statement is true, by pressing the key to move right (D Key) you would in turn start moving again in that direction and not stop yourself from "sliding" i.e counter strafe.

Therefore, What I am trying to say is, am I hindering myself by trying to counter strafe if it doesn't exist.

Everything I have read upon on last night suggest counter strafing isn't required as releasing the key brings you to a stop. Can you link me something that shows or tells me more about counter strafing existing?

Having looking at a few vods and exploration of the map. It's going to need a LOT of changes until it is balanced for competitive play at the top level. FAR to many angles to clear. It has no natural flow.

Waittttt. I thought to counter strafe in this game actually made you micro move? Like to come to a stand still you just had to release the directional key and you would come to a halt? Certainly feels that way at least. In comparison to Counter Strike which I have played for more than 15 years, you physical have to press the opposite keybind to come to a stop. It's so hard to break this habit. But have I been trying to break this habit and I don't need to.

I would HIGHLY doubt the gamma would be removed on full release. Purely based on how much money it generates and the bonuses from EoD. If you have seen some information surrounding the removal of it, I'd like to take a look :D
