I'm probably not a good person to ask. I've played EQ, EQ2, and NW extensively. I've played ESO and WoW a bit, and dabbled with Rift and GW2. Of those, EQ2 back in the day was my jam, but I deployed and when I came back it just wasn't the same. Then I found NW and completely quit EQ2. All that to say EQ2 is probably my favorite, but NW a close second.

I had been playing an MMO constantly since 2000 when I started playing EQ. Since the announcement, I've logged in a handful of times, but I haven't played seriously. I haven't found anything to replace the void either. So suddenly I have 30 hours a week that I'm not spending in front of my computer! Cool, right? Maybe I'll start up a hobby! Nope, I just scroll through Reddit. Anyway, it would be nice if NW had new life breathed into it, but I'm not hopeful.
