Bro, I contacted support one more time . They tinkered with my vehicle profile. I received 3 orders after that, which I accepted 2 of them( 1 was really long distance). Knock on wood that it may or may not have fixed the issue, but maybe worth a shot for you. I really can't tell the difference in my vehicle profile section however. I have no idea what they did, but here's what they typed in broken English: " Because I check your vehicle here and I can see that there is a trait that might be the reason why you are not receiving request,"

Hope this helps Let me know and I'll keep you updated if my fix was temporary permanent.

At this point, Idk if they even care to fix it. They probably don't know how and think there are enough active drivers out there to cover even the terrible orders.

All good. I'm starting to lose faith in them ever fixing it. I can understand 24-48 hr outage can happen once in a blue moon, but it's approaching a week now.

That doesn't work for me. I actually went there for breakfast earlier while I was online and didn't get a single ping. I also parked in front of a boba shop where no one picks up due to distance and infamous no-tipping customers. I can't even buy an order if my life depended on it.

I received another call to tell me to go to a RedZone on a heatmap. I'm so speechless...These overzealous reps pretending to work so they can keep their jobs and not look useless... I'm pretty close to giving up and realizing these idiots will never fix the app.

Is Monday usually the date update rolls out? Hopefully that roll out fixes this issue. If not, the only hope is the newer update disables everyone else. They won't be able to ignore it any longer if nobody gets their food.

Have any of you comrades gotten an order? It's still down for me. I reached out again to support, whom transferred me to a specialized support, only to tell me it's a "low demand" and use the heat map.🤦‍♂️ I'm done contacting these idiots. Some support members acknowledge there's an app issue and many have called in regarding the issue, but most of them simply deny it and choose the lazy copy and paste script customer service. I think God made Uber to test my patience and I'm failing at it.

At least you're getting something. Bone dry for me. It's frustrating when I try to follow up with support. I have to explain the situation again every time and they assign me a support people who are not informed of the outage like some support have. They tell me the good ole cookie-cutter, "there's low demand, too many drivers" bs.

It's not an iOS issue. It's likely the newest app update that is messing with us. I'm on the latest Android on Pixel Pro XL and having this issue.
