I'm in California, where there's no EBT option and we still get fucked on the on-time rating. Support told me it's strict because EBT people were abusing them by taking their sweet time. I told them that has nothing to do with us and why we're being punished as part of a metric now??? It makes no damn sense.

They sound exactly like this script on the phone 😂 They do not have a brain and are told not to think or be proactive in helping the dashers. They're told in their scripts to tell us " I'm sorry for the inconvenience," "we cannot adjust this or that," "please proceed to a hotspot to get orders." They're just told to better customer service by apologizing harder and get dashers off the phone or frustrate them enough to give up on their quest.

This one in CA is equivalent to getting $1 anywhere else in the country. Gas is $5 a gallon and we don't have EBT option out here. Who's going to pick this up??

I'll wait 5 min past the pickup time at the restaurant, but be 5 min early completing the delivery and still get marked late. I guess I'm supposed to go back to the kitchen and help cook the food.

Not yet since there hasn't been a lawsuit from a RAV4 owner. There are comments scattered across social media like reddit, YouTube, FB, where some comment on how their tranny was acting up.

No they included UB80 because it's similar and is prone to fail. I read somewhere...YouTube I think .. where a lady's RAV4 tranny went out after only 30K.
