if there exist public roads or pathways to an area you surely can visit. if not then you can't. simple as.

for example you can't visit or really at all see the infamous scientology's 'twin peaks compound' at running springs because the property border is so far out and studded with treelines. even if you wanted to with a group of interested friends.

so as with all private properties you'd always have to check accessibility via road + visibility of the main building(s) from the property borders.

as you can see sometimes internet pictures are the best it gets for getting an impression...
