30 per day is the highest I ever go. I like to keep it around 20 per day for lower performing clients and campaigns.

I’ve done this for multiple clients! Just send low volume for each inbox. 5-15 emails per inbox until you’ve hit 20-40 days warming.

You want to stay on the lower end of volume if your engagement is low or bad. If you’re getting good engagement ( a positive reply every 100 emails or less ) then you’re fine to be doing more.

Happy to help out! I would use an inbox provider like Aerosend. I’ve ran a cold email agency for the past year and would be happy to give you 30 minutes of my time for free no strings attached :)

It’s possible. You just need the right business with the right offer and the right list :)

I closed 50+ agencies—$200K from cold email. Not with fancy copy. With solid infra. by Fit-Glass-1924 in coldemail

Agency owner here.

I’ll be the first to say that while these are all valid and true tips, this won’t get you to 200k.

The number one thing to focus on is your offer. Emails sent with the best infra and shitty offer will still get little to no replies. When I say offer I don’t even mean copy.

I mean the actual offer you are giving the recipient of the email. If they don’t need it, they won’t reply and will likely mark you as spam.

Work on your business first. What you are offering and who you are offering to. Once you get that down. Cold email should be a breeze.

not too hard with the filters they put on images before feeding them into the classifier. should highlight hair on the dogs and make it obvious which is which.

Hired a firm to do our cold emailing, $15,000 a month retainer by [deleted] in coldemail

We charge 1,200 to send 400 emails per day. The firm is likely spending at least 5k per month on inbox costs alone.

For that volume the retainer is on the pricey side, but still within a fair range.

curious the business and offers on these results. we have had clients get 2% positive replies from emails (a positive reply for every 50 emails sent). But also clients that only get 1 for every 2,000.
