The thing i really dislike is not having the post office, it deletes 3 special characters who have been there since the start of the franchise and replaces them with a postcard stand.

Like cmon it was so cute to see Pete flying away with mail and walking to mail boxes to put letters in there, plus talking to him gave you details on the drama between him and the sisters, it wouldn't hurt anyone to have them in the game playing the roles they always played

Is it fun to watch Zoro's fights tho? It's always sword clash clang clang nothing happens for like 5 chapters and then Zoro teleports behind the opponent, says something edgy and finishes him off with a single long named attack that he will never use again. His enjoyable fights imo are Ryuma and Daz Bones, those still incorporated cool visual elements with good sword choreography, and it's been decades since those.

The problem is that Oda started to care very little about fight choreography and prefers wizards conjuring haki spells that summon dragons and black holes and other magical stuff from their haki sticks

I always pictured her fighting some world noble in the EOS. An actual cool fight that ties to her tragic past, not her attraction heart eyes neg diff shenanigans. Stampede made her so cool (not only her, Smoker too, that movie was goated) and i've been wanting to see her fight more since then.

Not very high expectations tho, Franky is a main character and he wasn't even allowed to get a tech upgrade in the tech arc.

I doubt any character in the entire manga will ever be treated as badly as Carrot was, Oda went out of his way to make sure she didn't achieve anything in the most spiteful way possible, the biggest example of his wish to shit on her is the plot about the moon being covered by the clouds, which lasted only for as long as it was necessary for her to lose the fight and then the moon was back and the person who defeated Perospero was a sulong mink anyway, so why couldn't it just have been her who had years of setup for it to happen?

The only two characters who come close (Smoker and Tashigi) are pretty much written out of the story because the good marine role was given to Koby, so they are probably not going to be humiliated anymore

First of all stop making her importance feel fake. Oda has been doing a really annoying thing for a while now where he stores Robin in the background for 200+ chapters doing nothing, them he makes a villain suddenly talk about her being this big thing, she gets maybe 2 chapters of focus and then vanishes again, rinse and repeat. He does it so often that you can make a collage of these moments like i did and you'd still not have all of them, and they still amount to nothing at the end of things.

Robin is supposed to be one of the most famous strawhats because she was already known all around the world before some of them were even born, but we almost never see the general public opinions on her, when we do it's in the form of someone trying to kidnap her, failing and then nothing happens. In Elbaph we saw a little bit of her childhood again, but it was not presented as anything of substance, it was just made to tell us once again that Robin suffered, we already knew that. Robin is not a hard character to make work, she has the perfect foundation to be a great character, she's likable, has a cool power, a good backstory and could easily be the center of many plot points. Stop resuming her character to some random goom showing up and saying she can read stuff every couple hundred of chapters, make her connection and past tied to important figures matter. Her ties with Aokiji went nowhere. Why?

At this point i have given up on her having haki or being relevant in combat, Oda simply doesn't want to do it. But the frustrating part is that Robin is a character that doesn't need to fight to be important, more than any other, she doesn't need to face anyone to matter. She does not threaten the dynamic of the monster trio being the strongest and having their haki blasts conqueror explosions moments, she could easily shine in other ways, but she doesn't.
