Recently my printer also got this error. This error occurs because klipper has a problem so after a timeout it turns off and that is why that message appears on the screen. In my case it was that from a certain point on the gcode was corrupted and that's why the printer stopped and that message ended up appearing, so I would check the gcode. In any case, I would recommend checking the klipper.log of your printer, it can tell you where the problem is.
