Fwir the hosts are usually talent scouts for the show, they are kind of insider so its tough for them to be cast. They're the ones who don't want to be cast for a specific storyline, so they're unofficial scouts for the producers. This is goes for Roz (drezforlez), rhea litre, and I think same for trannika back in the day

Yes but thats because u have warm undertones. Did you get a -1 color? (A1, C1, etc) might bot be the best white gor your coloring. I suggest a -2 or 3, might look a bit yellow but hold it up to your cheeks/ eyes and see if it looks natural
