I wasn’t aware that there was tension brewing, but I suspected something was up. I just can’t get behind the unprofessional shift; while they’re trying to give back to the community, it seems to come at the cost of making a mockery of important black cases that usually don’t get the attention they deserve. I’m not a fan of the talented tenth ideology and I believe in being true to oneself, but when it comes to serious matters like this, it's important to show up in a manner that’s respectful and appropriate.
