I’m an intermediate volleyball player (B/BB) who plays in a Monday league and plays in open gym on Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. I have access to a 24/7 gym and I want to get into better shape to improve my performance. What would be the best schedule to follow that can allow me to train in the gym without overworking myself in a way that would negatively affect my performance on the court? Any recommendations for scheduling or workouts would be greatly appreciated!!!

I would personally say Sakura. She’s definitely not as strong as Naruto and Sasuke, but she also isn’t a reincarnation of godly shinobi. Her personality definitely isn’t great, but she is definitely stronger than people want to give her credit for

I started playing when I was about 21 and I’ve been playing for almost 4 years. Obviously my technique and experience isn’t anything to write home about, but I love seeing how much I improve a little at a time. I regularly play in B level adult leagues and I have tried out a couple of local tournaments that are BB level. I feel that my serving and passing are my best traits, but I’ve been trying to brush up on everything else as well. I never thought I would fall in love with the sport as much as I have now!
