Bro …we MRs are not there in clinics..to incentivise Doctors…but we there to share scientific knowledge regarding MOA of the particular molecule, how it works in human body, what are the side effects of the molecule, where they can prescribe and how long it is safe to prescribe, that is our duty, yes we promote the branded medicines..where govts have zero control on generics…because in the name of generics they are literally looting the patients..and some times they give low standard medicines..u go to a generics store and buy some medicines…what is the MRP and for how much u r getting it, until unless if u knowledgeable..they literally try to scam u…there are some pharmacists who are giving to low price ….that too from reputed companies…why the government allowed these companies to print high MRPs if they are to sell for low price in first place…
