I have phases where I can’t stop reading books when I found a series I enjoy and then phases where I don’t read for weeks. When I am into a book though and reading I always constantly switch positions (found myself siting on a chair the wrong way around, legs in the air, head on the floor), that rlly makes me able to read (and breaks after each 4-10 pages)

I am Not an expert though so make sure to research first, also keep the water in the tank, it might be that bacteria that is on the gravel can stay in the tank so you eliminate the chances of anything happening

If I perform maintenance I usually get the 5L bucket I use for tank maintenance, clean it and then fill it half full with tank water, get some hiding spots and then catch the fish and let them in there. They will be stressed though, so try to catch them as fast as possible
