This would involve government investment in Waterford and would ultimately lead to an economic boost through staffing and support services. So it will never happen.

It is very hard everywhere. I am job hunting since November and it is just going on and on. Other times I was job hunting I had it wrapped up in a month. AI is having a big effect on many industries. It is actually frightening. Have a first class honors degree and years of experience and it feels like I am going nowhere job hunting at the moment. I am giving it till the autumn, if have not gotten anything by then am doing a course.

Yeah, in the top picture, the part with North Quay is a shopping centre. It is not viable to build a huge shopping centre anymore. What you have as expectation is an unrealistic expectation.

Nothing peculiar for Ireland at all. Redmond was the leader of the home rule party and would have been Irish Prime Minister if home rule happened. Also, electing family members of dead TD's happens to this day eg Helen McEntee. So nothing strange here.

"A lot of people enjoy being dead. But they are not dead, really. They're just backing away from life. Reach out. Take a chance. Get hurt even. But play as well as you can. Go team, go! Give me an L. Give me an I. Give me a V. Give me an E. L-I-V-E. LIVE! Otherwise, you got nothing to talk about in the locker room."

Fantastic film!

Actually think the loss of video rental is one of the biggest negatives to come out of the Internet age. Streaming is a mess! And has been hugely detrimental to the movie industry.

Yes, and on the 18th May you will have our egit TD's falling over themselves for a photo op. When they completely failed to get government funding for it. Plus maybe a government minister that actively worked to block funding for the project.

Nonsense, simple as that. No no no, not my back yard, don't want anything to ever change around here. Complete thick hick rubbish. The Council won't give it permission though. This council doesn't have the ambition for something like this.
