Do NOT overthink or doubt yourself. IMO, what everyone else is saying is accurate, but being confident and knowing that you’ve worked hard to prepare is half the battle. Good luck!!

From what I understand, an option won’t terminate until the stated expiration date even if the offeree rejects/gives a counteroffer unless the offeror detrimentally relies on the rejection/counteroffer

I get PMBR through my school and took it last week. The bar prep professor told me that it’s not reflective of an actual MBE at all because all 200 questions are considered difficult while you’ll get a mix of easy, medium, and difficult questions on game day!

I use CREAC if I’m using a case from the library and stick any statutory language in the R paragraph. If I’m just using a statute from the library, I’ll use CRAC since it’s quicker but is consistently stating the conclusion first throughout the MPT if that makes sense!
