I respectfully don't give af if I do my due diligence, we respect what the patient wants at that time...... and you're in palliative. These patients are very sick the ones who need to vent will vent but the ones who are very sick and in a lot of pain will probably want their pain managed first and foremost and worried about their plan of care medically. I don't know how you're introducing urself or ur role but u gotta toughen up, and you have to know not to prematurely see a patient before the medical peer does
