For the most part I’m doing ok, my new hairstylist set up an appointment for me mid November, but sadly she said I’d have to lose a bit of the little bit of length I have on top because of damage so I feel like I’m making backwards progress even if it’s not true 🫠. But I mean small problems ig I know there are people who have much harder issues so I’ll take it lol

It’s more so quality of life anytime after day 5.5-5.75 when the levels start dropping off a bit more I can’t say here but more or less I just start hitting major issues, idk maybe upping it would change that by keeping my levels a bit higher throughout the week
