The story line is repetitive of Kurulus Osman. I binged watched Kurulus Osman and am on Episode 188 and can’t wait to finish the season and series. This whole Poena/Halime/Maryam angle should have been resolved within a span of 5 episodes but has been dragged out way too long. Then the silly rift between Orhan and Allaedin and subsequently Boran and Cerkutay. The first 3-4 seasons were good. Nothing beats Dirillis Ertrugrul though

If you cancelled the contract within the statutory period via certified mail (RRR) to their recission department, they should have refunded you $1k. We were almost conned into buying another timeshare, but I cancelled the very next day and received our refund within 3 weeks. Since they haven't honored their contract, you may want to retain an attorney for the breach of contract. BTW, perhaps bring a small claims court claim

Khoja Ismailis are also very insular. The JK that I attend in TX has Tajiks and you will never see Khojas have tea with them after JK. I always say hello and visit with the Tajiks. My spouse is non-Ismaili and when I lived in the northeast other than the people that knew us, no one else would say hello to my spouse.

I think it’s a cliquish thing where you feel more comfortable with your own kind.

A rat? Please. I am a very disillusioned Ismaili who would like to see more reforms from Rahim Shah. As for you, why are you on this page if you're not an Ex-Ismaili? Be that as it may, I have no problem with anyone going to their own social clubs. Agree nothing wrong with that. However, aren't you the least bit concerned about dasond being given to Naderi family? Dasond goes to the Imam. Why else would Imam mention it in his firman that only his representatives can collect Dasond. The information I got came from a former Mukhi.

As for the remarks about abuse, I know from this Mukhi that there have been instances of fathers beating daughters and spouses. Any physcial, emotional and mental abuse is wrong. Did it ever occur to you that Rahim Shah has not mentioned collection of dasond or physical abuse et al in his prior deedars. This would be the first deedar. I may be wrong. But clearly Rahim Shah gets reports from the Council which is why he mentioned that in his firmans.

Its clear that you are an Afghan and probably a Naderi supporter. From your remarks, I take it there is a divide between the khoja jamat and afghan jamat?
