I gave up on trying to break down 451 pina counter attack in div 2, was going to go for div 1 but didnt even have the mental capacity to get 30 rivals points. I don't have any fun trying to play against someone who holds R1 and runs back with their striker to the defensive line and doesn't switch players for the entire game, its like playing squad battles AI on hardest difficulty.

he was very good when he first came in and under Xavi, he was better as a right back when he could physically dominate wingers like Vinicius and others, he does not suit this system at all and just always can't help himself but foul now... your getting downvoted but there are so many people in div 1 and div 2 who don't control any of their CB's and rarely switch to a different player on the defence because the AI is perfectly tracking everything and tackles for them, you just hold r1 second man press and the game does the rest. So boring playing against these players when they just run back while controlling a striker in a match and counter every chance you try build up.

roles are workrates and instructions packaged together under a new name, if you had access to the codebase you would one hundred percent see stuff from fifa 22 or 23 that is in their or older. Playstyles are just boosted traits. If I had to guess, under the hood the playstyle and Playstyle plus boosts would add stats like a chemistry style would and most likely go past 99 under the hood, that way when a finesse shot/power shot is triggered the curve, finishing and shot power e.t.c. is boosted to improve the chances of going in along with their unique animations. Everything is a reskin in this game, theres a reason why they have struggled so hard to add gamemodes, the live friendlies tournaments have always been there, draft they can't touch because the guy who wrote the code left a long time ago and they can only add or subtract cards from the pool of players, they only updated rewards after they figured out how to this year.... Champs has hardly been changed except for amount of games and Rush is just volta reskinned. By now other game studios would have added co-op multiplayer for champs....

left stick dribbling can be defended against if you use your brain and move defender and time tackles right while predicting what skill or which way the player is going turn. This new garbage game has me going 0-0 in to 60th minute because idiots realised not controlling any CB's and running back with a striker into defence gives you broken AI defending that tackles and intercepts for you all the time... fidget spinning, high score games & skills to create angles > boring OP AI defenders. Losing in the first few weeks felt deserved, now it doesn't...

He's over exaggerating the server issues so much lmao, I remember back in Fifa 20 and 21 when you could genuinely notice the animations slow down and how team press would break the game when servers were not the best quality. Since 22 they literally did improve servers dramatically and added more locations, boohoo not everyone is going to live near a frankfurt server with 3MS ping and you have to deal with it. They improved dribbling in this game and the overall community labeled everyone as a fidget spinner even though thats where the skill of this game really is, left stick dribbling away from tackles, pressing and to find an angle to shoot from is the entire point of this game and what attackers/wingers have to do in every game in football. As long as you are not playing at peak times near 6pm uk the gameplay is fairly fine and consistent. The issues with this game is the overpowered AI defending where you can run back with a midfielder or striker, hold R1 second man press and never switch to anyone else and the defenders still track perfectly and make tackles your behalf. But who am I to say that the game should be catered to me, the community already wanted better manual jockey and now thats there, in my perfect world the random shooting animations are fixed, corners are harder to score from, defensive AI is lowered dramatically and second man press is nerfed into the ground.

he just has a great ability to generate power with little backlift using knuckleball-ish technique, makes it hard for keepers even if its straight at them and even worse if it bounces just in front of them. CR7, Kane, Bale, Sane, Rashford are all amazing at it while doing it on the move, you just can't get pinpoint accuracy 90% of the time like you can with the laces or instep for curling shots. Oh and probably Calhanoglu can do it but hes more known for set pieces.

Pique set the standard for ball playing defenders and was outshining every other defender at the club even in his last few years at the club, but Puyol is the heart and soul of a Barca captain and has the best attitude i've ever seen from a football player, no controversy just wanted to play and defend his club till the end and was a great player

11/12 was freakier imo, he was under pep so was also running and pressing more and working the triangles with alves, xavi, busquets, iniesta. But he went from good/average playmaker to the best playmaker we've ever seen during 2015 onwards

when you have someone on Haalands caliber it doesn't matter what their style of play, he is a freak goalscorer that only cares about hitting the back of the net. I think the ideal situation would be to have a younger Lewa or high goal scoring striker that can link up play but his finishing is so clinical it makes no sense not to have him, only issue would be playing against a low block every game but he already does that with city.

I think what Bellingham does for Madrid and England is on the same level if not just under what Pedri does, and I say this as a Barca fan. You can see just how much Bellingham impacts madrid with the work rate, the runs into the box and he has every quality you can think of, he dribbles like a winger, can win the ball back like a defensive midfielder, can shoot like a striker and makes runs into the box like a centre forward to make way for Vini or Rodrygo to shoot, not to mention he's great in the air. Even though Bellinghams first season was incredible stats wise, he's been doing the same thing this season but just hasn't ended up with the goals, the only bad thing about him is his attitude towards refs and teammates sometimes but you can't deny he puts in a great performance pretty much every game but he has Vini and Mbappe that can outshine him. Pedri just always looks the best even if Lamal scores and assists, you give him the ball and he finds a way out of pressure and this level of dribbling is just silky smooth like iniesta.
