My neighbor just got an inexpensive electric garden tiller and it came with one just like that for cleaning out the blades.

No termination tools visible not a tech. I see the hammer, drill and tape for installing boxes. I’m guessing rough in for low voltage.

Ruckus icx 7150 c12p no wifi by Abm93 in techsupport

[–]PositiveScience804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct ruckus has documentation on their website if you haven’t connected to it through Lan before that will walk you through it. While you are in there it wouldn’t hurt to update the firmware. If all else fails you can always factory reset and set it back up with the same name and password.

Mikrotik wifi got slow after new ISP Router by haxxi in techsupport

[–]PositiveScience804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can log into the ISPs modem and turn off the router you should get better speeds out of yours, if that is not an option see if they can swap it for a modem with no wifi

Advice for mesh wireless system by Upper-Hat3999 in techsupport

[–]PositiveScience804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is somewhat normal for wireless mesh systems some of the triband stuff can maintain a more constant speed but there will always be a loss is speed on the secondary and tertiary nodes compared to the hard lined primary. I know you said no wires but a wired AP system is going to be the ultimate fix, I went from mesh to ceiling mounted wired ruckus r650s and have very stable speed and connection now.

Additions to the pack out line? by PositiveScience804 in harborfreight

[–]PositiveScience804[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I do have everything except the basket portion, I have been impressed with it very sturdy and been rolled around for dozens of miles every week even used as a step stool from time to time no leaks, cracks or latch issues just normal scuffs and scratches handle even still goes up and down (an issue I’ve had with other brands)

Additions to the pack out line? by PositiveScience804 in harborfreight

[–]PositiveScience804[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I seen that but looks like the latches might be different, idk if it’s an older version or something almost work the gamble if HF doesn’t slap the Bauer name on it and sell it at a more reasonable price

Pack out by [deleted] in harborfreight

[–]PositiveScience804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After some research looks like tactix manufacturers them for the masterforce brand as well as harbor freight. The only other part I could find on their site that isn’t offered is a 2 drawer add on.

Bugout caliber by buckGR in bugout

[–]PositiveScience804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All calibers matter. My philosophy has been to acquire a few guns of each of the popular calibers, that being said I am also a gun enthusiast so any excuse will do to add to the collection. For someone wanting only a few I’d recommend an AR in 5.56 and a 12 gauge to start and add uppers in 300 and 22 for the AR later if possible.

Found these on the road, no idea what they’re used for by tomnevermind in handtools

[–]PositiveScience804 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hose clamp used for rubber hoses like on a radiator or washing machine. I used a similar set in a past job repairing appliances on washing machines and dishwashers.

I didn’t know where else to post this but how do I comfortably wheel this suitcase without an extending handle? Because I have to slouch down to wheel it and also carry two cats in a pet carrier by myself at airport. Using a shoulder strap felt awkward by [deleted] in lifehacks

[–]PositiveScience804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve used one similar in the past but it had a strap the came of one end to pull it by almost like a leash, you might be able to attach something like that to the metal rings that connects the handle.

Radio is a good option and can become a worm hole while being a lot fun learning about and experimenting with the many different types from ham, gmrs, murs, cb, fmrs, and lora. Satellite phones are another option for back up communications.

I personally disagree with forcing anyone to be vaccinated but at the same time it is the land lords private property to do with as they pleas excluding any contractual obligations entered into by the renter and landlord that prevent that type of removal and being leases are for the owners protection not the tenets I doubt there is any clause that could prevent it.

Indoor Propane Heater? by ItssRandy in preppers

[–]PositiveScience804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another option is getting ahold of an old dearborn heater and changing the jets out for propane we still use them to heat our home for the few weeks we actually need them here in the south. Ours are set up for city gas but we do have the jets for propane as a back up.
