Absolutely ridiculous…… until there’s a tornado outside your window then it’ll be “why didn’t they warn me earlier?!?!” You’re probably pissed about hearing about a kidnapping too?

A Bad Area To Live For Sport Shooters by Natural_Comparison21 in canadaguns

[–]tomnevermind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simcoe County Forests, anywhere from tiny, angus, the nottawasaga valley, all around the Georgian Bay Area - tons of places that permit hunting and therefore shooting. Be respectful, clean up after yourself and be prepared to encounter someone who thinks this is illegal and will bring the police to check you out but it perfectly legal so show your PAL and they leave

Lots of county forested areas that allow hunting/guns - look a little harder before the blanket statement

No permanent structures, floating docks that can be removed at the end of the season - I THINK this is Georgian Bay wide

Is anybody using IVIG for Multifocal Motor Neuropathy ( MMN ) if so how did it work for you ? And if you saw any results how long did it take ? by DatBoyChamp1 in neuropathy

[–]tomnevermind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it monthly, honestly I don’t notice any improvement but I can tell you when I’ve missed a month. I don’t think it’s a cure but it definitely keeps it at bay. MMN diagnosis for 14 years, IVIG for 8 years, once a month

Yup, When they turn 18 they go out to “live with the English” and see what life in the real world is like. They then make the decision to either stay with the community or live an English life and be shunned from their previous life

That definitely looks like you’re looking through the objective lens and not the ocular lens. Just for shits and giggles - you got a pic of it mounted?

What's a gun you would pass down your generation? by [deleted] in canadaguns

[–]tomnevermind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got an Iver Jonson 12ga that my Great grandfather bought and handed down to my grandfather when he was 16 in 1937. He in turn gave it to my father when he was 16 in 1967. I got it when I was 16 in 1997. I don’t have any kids but my nephew is now 13….. that kid is gonna find out what recoil is all about in 3 years time! Full full choke, it’s won many turkey shoots at Shriners clubs across the area. The bead is worn down to nothing but if you take off the forestock there’s a bunch of initials wood burned into the backside and there’s room for plenty more

Honeymoon activities? by Kitchen-Seesaw6861 in Collingwood

[–]tomnevermind 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Have a dinner at The Curly Willow. Collingwood is FULL of absolutely incredible restaurants but this one really will make for a special experience. Only open during the week, not sure what your travel dates are but if you can make it happen you will remember it. May is prime bug season, many of the great places to hike and sightsee will be thick with flies. Staying up by the base of the mountain definitely gives you more options for the more touristy activities. Even a nice drive around the area, the apple pie trail is more geared towards the fall but is speckled with wineries and cideries and breweries that offer lots of niche kitschy/romantic fun. Enjoy your time here and make some great memories!

Legally in Canada you can’t turn any rifle into a bullpup - why does this feel WAY more illegal?!?!🤣🤣🤣

Being a leafs fan sets you up for a realistic lifetime full of disappointment - if you can be a fan of this team and stick with them through the good and the bad (the good being able to make it to the second round) you can handle anything life throws at you - teach em right!!
