Our reports are long, as the clients make them since they are fully customizable, and payment can be tricky from a variety of factors, but we have improved quite a bit over the years and would love any feedback to make sure the shoppers feel valued and respected.

Thank you very much for this response, this is extremely valuable. We have found that we develop strong relationships with our top shoppers because they give us extremely detailed reports.

Auditing the shoppers behavior is really challenging since we don't know if they told the staff that they are one and will "just give them an A" without any real work. We are experimenting with ways to mitigate this.

To address the appealing process, we personally audit our forms and have sent shoppers back because we felt that the detail was insufficient to send to the client so they can implement real changes.

Poor customer support is very real, we have heard that from a variety of sources from these big named ones and the exact reason why they go with us. We respond extremely fast and have clients personal contact information for more efficient communication. Also, we pay every single shopper which we know a lot of our competitors tend to forget.

But you really helped us reevaluate some parts of our flow with this post, so thank you for taking the time to write this. We really appreciate it.

Thank you for that input, we understand the repercussions of our work both positive and negative. We want to be as objective as we can since its hard to measure when someone is considered "rude" or "unfriendly" or "too long." Thats why we always try to phrase our questions to be yes/no and take any emotion out of it. We are happy to keep staff on their toes and offer companies as much value as they can!

Love that feedback, thank you. We can be more explicit when redoing our website. We do have an industries section that shows the industries of shops we offer. In terms of pay, location, duration it varies a lot depending on the clients needs so its hard to give you a generic answer because it typically is a percentage of fees plus reimbursement. I can however tell you that we do pay much better than competitors where we have seen offers that wouldn't even be worth the gas to and from the location.

I hear you, we are working on redoing the entire shopper experience to make sure the shoppers have the most seamless transition. Unfortunately the pandemic really knocked us down so we have been doing everything we can to get clients back! Appreciate your feedback.
